I have read the glowing reports regards the Metro but tend to disagree when I booked a balcony room was told fine when I arrived this afternoon told I had been upgraded and that was not what I requested then the upgrade room a disabled room have no problem with a disabled room but no shower screen so could not shower properly as the room would be soaked with the over flow from the shower and a danger and the better half had steam from her ears then the card for the lifts and doors did not work every time shit putting it in a dozen times very frustrating can hardly wait for breecki afraid I will never stay ay you establishments again you have lost a customer ~
